As the ASM Global General Manager of the Times Union Center since 1994, Bob has played a pivotal role in establishing the arena as a premier destination for concerts, sports, and community events. Under his leadership, the venue has consistently delivered outstanding performances, achieving an average annual operating profit of over $1 million.
Bob’s expertise and dedication have earned him numerous accolades, including being named Executive of the Year by the Albany Business Review in 2016. He is also a well-respected member of industry organizations such as the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM), the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA), and the Albany County Convention & Visitors Bureau. His impact extends beyond the entertainment industry, as he has been deeply involved with the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce and the Albany Downtown BID, fostering strong relationships between local government and businesses.
